SiteAtlas is operated by SyncTek LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 5540 Centerview Dr Ste 204 #462485, Raleigh, NC 27606. By accessing or using SiteAtlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SiteAtlas is a project management and AI-assisted operations platform designed for real estate developers and general contractors. The service provides tools for budget tracking, milestone management, document management, draw packet preparation, AI-generated briefings, and related project management functions.

3. Service Provided As-Is

SiteAtlas is provided "as-is" and "as available" for project management purposes. SyncTek LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

4. Your Data

Data you upload, create, or store within SiteAtlas belongs to you. SyncTek LLC does not claim ownership of your project data, documents, or business information. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

SiteAtlas provides AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and briefings as informational tools only. This content does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for all business decisions. Always consult qualified professionals (attorneys, financial advisors, engineers, or licensed contractors) before making material decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at SyncTek LLC's discretion. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SyncTek LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if SyncTek LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SyncTek LLC's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

SyncTek LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
